Payment & Refund Policy

Registration fee: prescribed fee per participant

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee for this Masterclass event is the prescribed fee per participant. This fee covers all training materials, hands-on demonstrations, and other amenities provided on the day of the event.

2. Payment Method

Payment is accepted via direct bank transfer only. Upon completing your RSVP, you will receive the transfer details. Your seat is not confirmed until payment proof is received and verified by our team.

3. Seat Confirmation

Seats are limited to 10 participants. Submitting an RSVP does not guarantee your seat. Your seat is only confirmed after:

Full payment of the prescribed fee has been received
Payment proof has been submitted and verified by Beauticianland

Beauticianland reserves the right to release unconfirmed seats to the waiting list after 2 business days of non-payment.

4. Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your registration, the following policy applies:

14 or more days before the event: Full refund less a US$10.00 administrative fee
Less than 14 days before the event: No refund. However, you may transfer your seat to another participant at no additional cost
No-show on the day of the event: No refund

5. Cancellation by Beauticianland

In the unlikely event that Beauticianland cancels the Masterclass, all registered and confirmed participants will receive:

A full refund of the prescribed fee via the same payment method used
Priority registration for the next scheduled Masterclass at the same price

In the event of an Act of God (including but not limited to natural disaster, public health emergency, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond Beauticianland's control), the Masterclass may be rescheduled with no refund issued. Confirmed participants will be offered a seat at the rescheduled event. Where rescheduling is not possible, Beauticianland will offer either a full refund or a credit toward a future event at the participant's choice.

Beauticianland will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g. travel, accommodation) in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.

6. Rescheduling

If Beauticianland reschedules the Masterclass, registered participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Participants who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a full refund or transfer their seat.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of written confirmation from Beauticianland. Refunds are made via bank transfer to the account used for original payment.
